Hard Lines Series (i)

In this series, visual artist and storyteller Noorah Kareem attempted to answer the following questions: What parts of us are really hardwired? What makes us who we are? What are the parts that are easy to change and what parts are harder to change?

This body of work includes drawings Kareem did during July-August of 2020. She began this series to show the tension between the space we’re in and the parts of us that show.
