Artist Shaima Saleh stared at wall clock for a long time, trying to articulate a feeling that she fails to catch every time. She wonders a lot, “what is time? What does it look like?” She takes a photograph of the clock, and then she stares at it again for a long time.
The photograph says (right): “Is time an orchard, or a sand beach? A green wave, or a lake? A hill, or an island?” And the answer to these questions (left) is: “Time is the sea. And the sea is steady and kind.”
