Kan yama kan is an initiative we created in collaboration with Unootha to highlight the stories of Khaleeji women and the way they tell their stories.

Our fourth guest in Kan ya ma kan is Al Reem Al Beshr. Al Reem is an Emirati writer and filmmaker studying film at NYU Abu Dhabi. Her art explores different themes and addresses different social issues through brilliant visuals. In this session, Al Reem will teach us about experimental filmmaking and her journey with it, alongside the creative process of making an experimental film.
