Many people may think religion is a set of contradicting beliefs. However, artist Seema Al Abdul Hai thinks this is a characteristic of life in general — when we look at life on the level of its main elements (water and fire; air and earth), it’s nothing but a set of contradictions. She created this series to illustrate these elements and all of the contradictions they encompass.
